Machel Montano HD came to NYC to showcase the best Soca in the world.......I'm glad to have been a part of more Soca history...Singing live @ Radio City Music Hall was one of the most exciting moments in my odd career!

Rockstock 3 was listed as a weekend event in the New York Times....Jimmy Dowd,St.James Clothing,Amp Energy Drink,Boarders and all the Bands made it an event worth repeating every year!

Rockstock 3 June 13th 2009.....St James Clothing,Jimmy Dowd,Walker and Boarders bring the best day of music and fun on the beach in Rockaway for Free........All activities will begin at 9A.M and the bands start at noon..............The first 2 Rockstock's were huge...this year will be insane!

James Ruffino

My nephew James Ruffino is a wonderful songwriter and his new band "Thieves by Night" just recorded some material that he wrote and plays guitar on. He is continuing the tradition started by my brother Mickey that was then done by me and now, I'm happy to say in the hands of James....forever forward kid!

Kid Clarke Birthday Jam!

Walker and The Bums of New York (that is just the bands name when we have a million guest musicians) will be live this Saturday Night May 23rd @ The Rail 2 Coleman Square in Howard Beach Queens playing all night in honor of Jon "Kid" Clarke! Jon has Hosted/M.C'd a ton of our gigs including the Rockstock's.....He will dust off his guitar and get down at this jam....all musicians welcome.....Jimmy Dowd and Bessie Go-Go will be your host's

Mother

My Mother Anne Walker Hornung and my brother John. Too much to remember and too hard to forget the both of them but I'm remembering all that my Mother did to make my life a little easier and happier. I sit here and write in hope, that somehow she can understand what she meant to me.
